As the company continued to grow, leadership recognized an opportunity to elevate its brand by creating a more unified, modern identity that better reflected its expertise, service and position in the traffic and mobility industry. Our approach: a strategic brand evolution designed to strengthen clarity, consistency and perception — without losing the equity MoboTrex had already built. From the outset, the direction was clear: evolve, not revolutionize. The brand needed to feel more North American in scale, more professional in presentation and more cohesive across markets, while retaining recognizable elements like the logo and green color palette.
We began with brand research and an extensive intake session with leadership to align internal stakeholders and uncover the core of the MoboTrex brand. From there, we developed a comprehensive Brand Platform defining mission, values, positioning, personality, promise and key messages. These we anchored in a clear brand essence of service and a differentiated position built on expertise, quality and trust.
With strategy in place, we translated the platform into a refreshed identity system, identity messaging and talking points, comprehensive brand guide and refreshed website. The visual evolution introduced a cleaner, more modern and more consistent look while maintaining familiarity, ensuring the brand could scale confidently across applications and markets.
