Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) is a vital provider of accessible, community-based healthcare. When the organization received federal funding to promote COVID-19 vaccinations, they needed a strategic partner to help reach diverse audiences, build trust and drive participation across their service area. They turned to Amperage.
Our approach: a targeted, community-focused campaign designed to remove barriers, increase awareness and encourage action. To resonate with a broad and diverse audience, we developed messaging and creative that emphasized accessibility, trust and ease, all crafted to meet people where they were with clear, culturally relevant communication.
The multilingual campaign combined strategic media placement with high-visibility creative across multiple channels, including outdoor, radio, television, streaming and social media. We also supported public relations efforts to amplify awareness and extend reach, while promoting accessible opportunities like Saturday clinics to better serve community needs.
The result was a campaign that not only drove vaccination participation but also strengthened EIHC’s connection to the community — positioning the organization as a trusted, accessible healthcare resource well beyond the immediate initiative.
