CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — Billie Bailey has joined Amperage Marketing + Fundraising as a Fundraising Adviser, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit and museum sector. In her role, Bailey will support clients through feasibility studies, campaign planning and strategic fundraising initiatives, helping organizations clarify direction and achieve their goals.

Bailey previously served as Executive Director of the Grout Museum District for more than three decades, leading its growth from a single museum into a multi-facility district that includes a history museum, veterans museum, science center and historic homes. During her tenure, she led multiple capital campaigns and expansion projects, established award-winning educational programs serving thousands of students, and created nationally recognized archival initiatives.

Bailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Northern Iowa and resides in Cedar Falls.
