
The CCIM Institute provides education and professional designation for those who complete rigorous training in its commercial real estate program. The institute came to Amperage, looking for help enhancing its profile, raising awareness and promoting the use of CCIM Designees in commercial real estate transactions. Its nationwide audience was any professional, from real estate to banking, who has influence on those transactions.
Our strategy: To educate both external and internal audiences, create toolkits that individual CCIM Designees and chapters can use to promote their expertise and services, and build paid and earned media campaigns, utilizing a drive to web strategy.
Amperage developed campaign messaging — Choose Excellence. Expect Results. — and provided significant copywriting and design services for the creation of materials.
Media plans included nationwide TV advertising using a commercial Amperage shot in downtown Minneapolis with local CCIMs. The digital advertising campaign took advantage of multiple platforms, including OTT, audio streaming, social media, search and Google. The media campaigns consistently performed above industry averages.
