
Nahant Marsh is a stunning 382-acre nature preserve and urban wetlands off the beaten path in southwest Davenport. The nonprofit’s mission is to protect the wetlands through education, research and conservation. In fact, its educational programming has served thousands of K-12 students. When the time came to raise funds for a new center and expand education, conservation, research and recreation efforts, Nahant Marsh turned to Amperage for help.

Our creative team developed a campaign theme — It’s in Our Nature — and crafted campaign storytelling around it for a case statement, video and collateral. We also created a campaign logo and volunteer training materials.
The expanded messaging helped the organization highlight its STEM education offerings and all the ways the marsh plays a role in young people’s lives. It also helped renew focus on nature at the marsh and educated audiences on the organization’s goals and timeline for growth.
Today, the marsh continues to set records for growing numbers of people engaged in the education programming.
