
The Iowa PCA is at the forefront of promoting and enhancing community health and behavioral health across Iowa. Two important functions they serve are to educate Iowans about various health issues and advocate for underserved populations’ access to basic medical and mental health services. When vaccine misinformation was creating confusion and uncertainty among vulnerable groups, they reached out to Amperage to promote credible vaccine information while helping individuals locate providers.
Our approach: develop a strategic and engaging vaccine education campaign for Iowa using playful visuals and messaging to capture attention and drive action. Building on the success of a previous vaccine-screening campaign, “Donut Stress,” we partnered with them to create and launch “Donut Wait. Vaccinate.”
Amperage provided strategy, planning and execution for a full suite of marketing solutions. The payoff was sky-high targeted ad response rates general uptick in vaccine participation. By blending creativity with strategic execution, Amperage helped amplify vaccine awareness across diverse communities.
