Few roles bring more peace of mind to company leadership than that of finance director, and Joni’s is no exception. With over 15 years of finance and accounting experience, her diverse background extends beyond accounts payable and payroll to include strategic financial leadership, project management, team building, cost control and supporting business growth.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting from Upper Iowa University, Joni has honed her skills with several organizations, most recently as assistant controller for Cedar Memorial in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Organized and analytical, Joni understands the bigger dynamics of business while maintaining scrupulous attention to the smallest details.
Away from work, Joni loves to travel and spend time with her husband and their two highly spoiled dogs creating experiences and living life to the fullest.
