As the former Executive Director at House of Hope, Amy worked closely with staff and board members to align the organization in vision-casting and goal-setting for its heart-centered ministry. At Iowa Justice for Our Neighbors (JFON) and the Iowa Migrant Movement for Justice, Amy led donor engagement strategies and managed grant processes, ensuring sustained support for their causes. Her leadership empowered teams and volunteers to work together toward meaningful change.
Amy’s diverse background includes experience as a Program Manager with HACAP, where she led family development initiatives and promoted early childhood learning in inclusive environments.

When not working, Amy finds joy in cooking, baking and spending time with her family. Amy is a proud mom to two sons, one studying law and another working in technology.
